By accepting these terms and conditions you elect to receive your monthly and/or periodic statement(s) electronically through Citizens State Bank's Online Banking service, instead of by mail. You are also agreeing to receive other disclosures related to your loans with the bank. Statements will continue to be cycled on your regular statement processing day, and will be available for retrieval and viewing the day following your statement cycle.


Unless you inform us to revoke your consent, this consent authorizes Citizens State Bank to electronically provide your periodic Checking and/or Savings statements and any other disclosures relating to any other account(s) loan or deposit.

To qualify for a My Checking Account, you are required to receive your statement electronically. Revocation of consent to receive estatements, will result in closure of your My Checking account and conversion into another type of deposit account. You will be notified of your options at the time of your revocation. For all other accounts with Citizens State Bank, if you change your mind about receiving statements electronically, you can discontinue this service with no fee, by notifying us using one of the following options:

By consenting to receive disclosures electronically, you are also agreeing to keep your contact information that you have provided us up to date. If any changes occur, notify us immediately through any of the methods mentioned above.

The same terms apply to electronically delivered bank statements as for those delivered in paper form. The deposit agreements and disclosures that you have previously received from Citizens State Bank remain in effect. If a problem should occur where you are unable to access your periodic statement, or you wish to receive a paper copy of your statement or any other disclosure provided electronically, please contact the bank (via any of the methods mentioned above) and we will provide a copy for you at no charge.


You will access your accounts and statement information by logging in to www.bankwaverly. com or www.bankmontrose.com. At that point, you will be required to use your Online Banking Access ID, Password and Enhanced Security information to gain access to Online Banking before you can view, print, or save e-Statement account information. To view, once you are into your account that is set up for electronic statements, click on the Statement link in the upper right, and then click on the statement icon in the list provided.

To access, print, or save your electronically delivered statement you must:

  • Have a personal computer with Internet and Email Access.
  • Have an internet browser that supports 128-bit encryption.
  • A recent version of Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Apple Safari will enable you to receive and use our service.
  • You will also need Adobe Reader. This is available online for free at www.adobe.com.
  • Be an Online Banking customer of Citizens State Bank.
  • Have a Checking or Savings account with Citizens State Bank.
  • Have a valid email address.
  • Have access to a printer or storage such as a hard drive so that you can download and/or print statements and/or disclosures for your records.


Our Privacy Policy, provided to you at account opening, will apply to this service.


Citizens State Bank may at any time, change, suspend or eliminate all or any aspect of this delivery service upon notice to you.
